1. Can anybody register to the Pangloss database?
To register, you need to be a “High Flyer”.
Please check the “Our Candidates” section. If you fit the profile, we will be happy to welcome you as a member of our quality database.

2. Is there a fee to register to Pangloss Recruitment?
No, registering to Pangloss Recruitment is totally free.

3. How can I update my profile once I have registered to your database?
You simply need to enter your login and password and do the relevant changes.
We strongly recommend that you do so regularly.
Our application form is user-friendly. This update process will only take you a few minutes and could make the difference in a preselection procedure.

4. How often will I be contacted by Pangloss Recruitment once I have registered?
The policy of Pangloss Recruitment is not to overload you with emails. You will only receive information directly relevant to your career expectations.

5. Will my details be shared with another party?
No. All your information will be dealt with strict confidentiality, for Pangloss Recruitment internal purposes only.

6. How do I register to the different Pangloss Recruitment career opportunities?
Simply follow the registration steps described for every mission.
At your first visit, you will be requested to fill in the complete registration form (only takes 10 minutes).
For your further applications, either for an Event or a Mission, you will simply have to click on the button below the announcement. Your candidacy will be processed automatically.

7. What will happen to my application once I have applied?
Pangloss Recruitment will proceed with the preselection of your application and will contact you within 10 days to keep you updated with the progress of your file.

Recruitment Event Questions

9. Can just anyone show up and attend a Recruitment Event?
A Pangloss Recruitment Event is an exclusive, invitation-only happening. You must register before the deadline and be preselected in order to attend the Event.

10. Why should I attend such an Event?
A Pangloss Recruitment Event is a unique opportunity to secure your next career move.
You will undertake scheduled interviews with companies that have preselected your application, you will network with company delegates attending the event, you will assist to company presentations and candidates workshops, as well as being able to leave spontaneous applications to all participating companies that are of interest to you.

11. Will I have the opportunity to meet every company attending the event?
You will be able to go to every participating company’s marketing room. Network with a delegate, and leave your cv as a spontaneous application.

12. Do I have a chance to have a spontaneous interview organized the day of the event?
Some companies schedule spontaneous interviews the day of the event, should your profile be of interest to them.

13. Is there a fee to participate to such an event?
No. You are an invited candidate. This implies that your participation is totally free. A lunch is also offered to you. The only cost you are responsible for is your transportation to the location of the Event, and, if applicable, your overnight stay.
Pangloss Recruitment, however, makes every effort partner with nearby hotels in order to have candidates benefit from cheap deals.
